Information we collect
We collect information you voluntarily provide through ratings, inquiries, drafts, and franchise submissions. Security controls may process an IP address and browser information; the application stores only a one-way duplicate-prevention hash, not the raw IP.
How information is used
Information is used to operate the directory, prevent abuse, respond to inquiries, review submissions, and improve data quality. Submission emails and draft content are private and are never published automatically.
Service providers
Cloudflare provides hosting, security, database, access control, and bot protection. We do not load advertising or nonessential analytics cookies by default.
Retention and requests
Drafts expire after 30 days. Administrative records are retained only as needed for operation, security, and legal obligations. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion.
