Community ratings
Visitors may submit one 1–5 rating per franchise during each duplicate-control period. Turnstile and privacy-preserving signals reduce automated and repeated voting. Accepted ratings are averaged without paid weighting.
Organic directory order
The default directory sorts by accepted rating average, then name. Filters and user-selected sorting may change the visible order. Missing information is labeled instead of estimated.
Data status
Imported means the record came from the previous directory and awaits review. Reviewed means an editor checked structure and sources. Verified means material fields were checked against current primary documentation. Dates show when that work last occurred.
Sponsored placement
Sponsored cards occupy separately labeled inventory. They do not change organic ratings, comparison values, or the order of the organic directory.
